Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Policy (Final – Upfront Payment Only)

• All bookings for Tathyana – Tirupati Anubhava require 100% payment at the time of booking
• No partial payments or pay-later options are available
• Booking confirmation is processed only after full payment is received
• Prices are locked at the time of full payment and confirmation

Refunds & Adjustments

• Any eligible refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Cancellation & Amendment Policy
• Refunds, if approved, will be made to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days

Important Note

• Full payment ensures confirmed allocation for accommodation, transport, and darshan assistance

2. Darshan & Temple Regulations

• Darshan at Tirupati is governed solely by Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD)
• Tathyana acts only as a facilitator, not a guarantor of darshan type or timing
• Darshan date, time, and category may change without prior notice as per temple administration
• No refund or compensation shall be applicable for changes imposed by temple authorities

3. Cancellation & Amendment Policy

• All cancellations/amendments must be requested in writing
• Cancellation charges:
  • Before 45 days from travel date: No cancellation charges
  • 45–30 days prior: 25% of total package cost
  • 30–15 days prior: 50% of total package cost
  • Within 15 days of travel / No-show: Non-refundable
• Amendments are subject to availability and may attract additional charges

4. No-Show Policy

• Failure to report on the scheduled date without prior cancellation will be treated as no-show
• Entire booking amount will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued

5. Child Policy

• Child below 5 years: Complimentary (without bed)
• Child 5–10 years (CNB): Without extra bed
• Child 5–10 years (CWB): With extra bed / rollaway mattress
• Child above 10 years: Treated as an adult
• (Policies subject to hotel norms)

6. Vehicle Usage & Transfers

• Transportation services are provided from garage to garage between 08:00 hrs – 20:00 hrs
• Early morning (06:00–08:00) or late evening (20:00–22:00) usage may attract additional driver allowance
• Usage between 22:00–06:00 hrs must be informed at booking and charged separately
• AC will operate only while the vehicle is in motion and may be restricted on ghat roads
• Sightseeing points included in the itinerary will be covered once only
• Vehicles are not provided for personal use, shopping, or disposal
• Vehicle type may change during the tour; guests are advised not to leave belongings unattended

7. Hotel Policy

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and hotel discretion
• In case the confirmed hotel is unavailable, an alternative hotel will be provided with applicable cost difference
• Triple occupancy may involve mattress / sofa-cum-bed and limited room space

8. Force Majeure

• Tathyana shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond control including natural calamities, political disturbances, government regulations, or transportation disruptions
• Any additional expenses arising due to such events shall be borne by the guest directly

9. Documents Required (Indian Citizens)

• Original valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License)
• For children: Birth certificate or school ID
• Traveller details (Name, Age, Gender) must be shared at least 48 hours prior to arrival
• (Different norms apply for Foreign Nationals / OCI / PIO holders)

10. Acceptance of Terms

• Booking confirmation implies acceptance of all the above terms and conditions
• Non-response to shared terms shall be treated as deemed acceptance
