Privacy Policy

Tathyana is operated by Tatvaverse Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Tathyana", "we", "us"). This policy covers the website www.tathyana.com and the enquiries, accounts and bookings made through it.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Enquiries: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and message, when you use the contact form, call us or message us on WhatsApp
• Account: your first and last name, email address and phone number when you create an account. Your password is stored only in encrypted form; we cannot read it
• Sign-in with Google or Facebook: the name, email address and profile picture that provider shares with us. We never receive your Google or Facebook password
• Bookings: the journey you choose, travel dates, the number of travellers, and the traveller details needed to arrange the journey, such as names, ages and the identity documents that hotels and temple authorities require

Information collected automatically

• The pages you visit, the buttons you use (for example WhatsApp and call buttons), and the advertisement or link that brought you to the site
• Your device and browser type, and your approximate location derived from your IP address
• Cookies and similar identifiers set by Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel, according to your cookie choice. A small record of your cookie choice is kept in your browser

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and plan, confirm and deliver your journey
• To create and secure your account and show you your bookings
• To contact you about a booking by call, WhatsApp, SMS or email
• To understand how the website is used and improve it
• To measure and improve our advertising
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory requirements

3. Analytics and advertising

• We use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are useful
• We use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used: where visitors click and scroll, and recordings of visits in which the text you type is hidden
• We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertisements perform
• When you create an account or make a booking, we send Meta a record of that event with your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form, together with your IP address and browser type. Meta uses this to match the event to an advertisement; we do not send the content of your booking
• Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel are used only if you agree
• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google Analytics and Google advertising cookies are also used only if you agree. Elsewhere they are used from your first visit unless you decline
• The site asks on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page
• You can also limit this through your browser's cookie settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and the advertising preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account

4. Who we share information with

• Travel partners who deliver your journey: hotels, transport providers, guides and, where required, temple authorities. They receive only what they need for your booking
• Service providers who run the website for us: Supabase (accounts and booking records), Amazon Web Services (hosting), Google (analytics and sign-in), Microsoft (Clarity, website usage analysis), Meta (advertising measurement and sign-in), FormSubmit (delivery of contact-form messages) and WhatsApp (messages you send us)
• Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it
• We do not sell your personal information

5. Where your information is stored

• Some of the service providers above store or process information on servers outside India
• We keep access to your information limited to the people who need it to serve you, and we use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the website

6. How long we keep it

• Account information is kept for as long as your account is open
• Booking records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the journey and to meet tax and legal requirements
• Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to follow up with you

7. Your rights and choices

• You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• You may ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
• You may withdraw your consent to marketing messages or advertising measurement at any time
• You may raise a concern or complaint with us, and we will respond

8. Deleting your account and data

• To delete your account and the personal information linked to it, email info@tathyana.com from the email address on your account, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 8368926913
• This applies in the same way if you signed in with Google or Facebook
• We will delete the information, except records we must keep by law (for example invoices), and confirm to you when it is done

9. Children

• Accounts are for people aged 18 and over
• Details of children travelling on a journey are provided by their parent or guardian and are used only for that booking

10. Changes to this policy

• We may update this policy as our services change. The date below shows when it was last updated
